- Or if you have a small question, just open a support ticket on the Discord server in the tickets channel.

 

What exactly happens if I break the rules on the Discord server? Will I be punished fairly? The team will react to rule violations and issue penalties.

  • For the first offense or level 1 offense: You will be warned and receive a warning role.

  • Second offense or level 2 violation: You will receive an appropriate time-out, depending on the situation.

  •  

  • For multiple level 2 offenses or a single level 3 offense: You will be banned from the server.

  •  

  • For level 4 offenses (criminal offenses): You will be immediately banned from our server or a partner server and reported to Discord moderation.

What are offense levels?

Offense levels are different classifications from 1 to 4 of the offense, which are structured according to the level of danger. These are visible to the team so that each team member acts fairly and according to the rules and does not give too much or too little punishment. Since when does the Discord Server exist?
The new Discord server since 14.04.2024. And the Discord server before exactly December 10, 2022. However, there were other Discord servers from us years before, but they no longer exist today.

 

How modern is the server?
We are constantly trying to develop further, not just the Discord server, but in general we are always setting ourselves goals and trying to achieve them; one example is the website. The Discord server itself is very modern and has everything you need. We administer the server as well as we can.

How long does it take to apply to join the team?

You can apply as a moderator or developer, with a ticket for queries and a quick decision, which takes 1-3 days on average. Once you have been accepted, you will be on trial with us for 30 days, depending on your positive impression, you will come out of the trial phase sooner!
