Our team, whether our moderation team, development team, administration team, management or executive team, is the heart behind Blue Ocean Studio.

EXECUTIVE BOARD
Managing Director, also known as CEO, is the founder of Blue Ocean Studio and leads the project as the main managing director.
Operational management:
Die betriebliche Geschäftsführung ist für den täglichen Ablauf, Verwaltung des Top-Managements zuständig, auch für die Entwicklung, Social Media und für die Community.

The deputy operational management is the deputy of the management. He is also the spokesperson for the project. He not only represents the management in its absence, but also supports it in its tasks.
Top Management
Community Director
The Community Director is in top management and co-leads the Discord server. He also organizes events, giveaways, asks the community surveys or simply provides entertainment and satisfaction.
Development Director
Er ist der höchst Verantwortliche, wenn es um die Entwicklung unserer Spiele geht. Seine Aufgaben bestehen darin festzulegen, welches Spiel entwickelt wird, in welchem Zeitplan welches Spiel angefangen und fertig entwickelt wird und sorgt dafür, dass dieses erfolgreich wird.
Team Director
Er leitet als höchster das Team, seine Aufgaben bestehen darin, nicht nur für Zufriedenheit und Probleme im Team bereitzustehen, sondern auch dafür zu sogen das alle Team Mitglieder ihren Job machen, keiner seine Rechte ausnutzt und bei Verstößen Maßnahmen wie den Rauswurf eines Teammitgliedes zu Sorgen, wenn dieses gegen Regeln Verstoßen sollte. Er befördert oder degradiert Teammitglieder; er passt ihre Ränge nach ihren Fähigkeiten an.
Management Director
The Management Director is solely responsible for middle management. He has the same tasks as the Team Director, but specializes in middle management.

Application Management
Application Management processes application tickets and approves applications.
Community Management
His job is to entertain the community, he manages server entertainment, for example games like the "Question of the Day" or "Count" format in the Discord server. But he also does surveys to adapt the project to the community and involve everyone.
SOCIAL MEDIA Management
Social media management manages the social media channels and takes care of the content that is posted there and when.
Partner Management
He manages the partnerships between our partners. He processes partner applications and ensures that everyone adheres to the agreements.
Assistant Director
Assistant Director is purely a temporary employee; he usually helps the executives on the board with all kinds of things, e.g. organizations.
High Team
Lead Development

Lead Moderation
He manages the moderation area; as lead moderator you can vote on applications or even promote or demote people.
Social Media Management
Social media management is an important part, editing videos, uploading them about current topics and securing our reputation.

The administration are advanced moderators, they have the same tasks as moderators, only with more rights. They can now kick or ban members and more.

Development
Development is our heart, without it we couldn't develop games and we wouldn't be a development studio. They develop our games, whether scripters, builders, UI, animation or other special areas.
moderation
The moderators are the police in our games and in the Discord server, so to speak. They not only actively write in the chat, but also monitor the chat to see whether every member is following the server rules. In addition, our moderators can impose penalties on members who violate the server rules. This team area is very important to ensure that every member feels comfortable on the server.
